This website began as an author's website for Clarence Thomas's first book, "Mobilizing in Our Own Name: Million Worker March—an Anthology."
Inspired by the existing Million Worker March logo, the website's color palette consists of golden/yellow as the dominant background color, complemented by subtle variations of gray for borders, navigation bar, and text. Red is a standout color for clickable items such as calls-to-action and links.
The original purpose of the website was to promote the book. However, considering Clarence Thomas is also a prominent labor union activist, the website also serves as a place to learn about his appearances, listen to interviews, see event listings, view news items, and request him as a speaker.
"Mobilizing in Our Own Name: Million Worker March—an Anthology" was published by DeClare Publishing, owned by Clarence Thomas and his wife, Delores Lemon Thomas. Other books published by DeClare appear on the website.
